BMW is an amazing place to take your car when needing service on your car , the staff is very helpful and friendly Thanks BMW for all that you do.
Had the oil change service done recently. People are great, work was done great. However, with a 10:30 appt, was initially told work would not be completed until 4 pm. This is much too long to wait, plus I had another appointment. If you schedule an appointment, then they should schedule you in at that time and complete the work in a timely manner.
