Had a real big issue with her tire been damaged dealer took us in right away who is able to help us fix everything . staff was courteous professional and Very helpful
I brought my 535 in for a repeat service that was previously performed elsewhere in the Portland metro. The problem reoccurred, and rather than make the same mistake twice I toot it to Kuni. The staff was very prompt, courteous, and focused on identifying and addressing the problem and getting me on my way. These folks take customer care to another level, with and emphasis on a customers time, and quality BMW service that epitomizes the brand. A no-brainer here folks, if it’s broke, bring it to Kuni.
It was very easy to set up my appointment on line. I was able to get a loaner car for the day making even better! They called and gave me the estimates on my repairs. I was stunned at the pricing! I went home to think it through. It was not there fault that so much had be done but the labor cost was outrageous!

Great staff. Above and beyond customer service. Patrick went out of his way to make sure we found the vehicle we wanted even when we couldn't make up our mind between 2 of them. Couldn't have asked for a more patient and helpful sales person.
As always, Dalal is warm, intelligent, and works with me to answer any questions or solve any problem. It is wonderful to work with staff who are empowered to work with customers and want to make sure both the dealership and the customer are satisfied, not just one or the other.
