"Great service" Appointment was easy to arrange Service personnel are standing by as soon as you pull up Service advisor went over details and estimate of work to be done and time Car was finished in the time window as promised.
"Prompt and courteous " There was a lot to be done, 2 recall items, all the recommended service items at 35 to 40,000 miles and an oil change. It was all done on time so I could enjoy the Portland traffic. But that is Portland, For Kuni’s part, all went well. They even made sure I had something to drink for my drive. I have purchased 3 cars from Kuni and planning for the next car.

"Friendly service dept" Just took my car here for scheduled maintenance. They were pretty quick and explained everything thoroughly. Nice dealership and waiting area except it was freezing.

"Good experience, job done well in timely fashion " This was service and additional repair. Also new tires . All was done in on time, I was informed about progress by person that was helping me, don't remember the name. I had to come back next day to pick up car after hours and everyone was very helpful.
"Very good communication " Scott did a great job of identifying the problem and getting a solution. Called me several times to keep me informed on progress. Very friendly.
