Organizing the appointment was easy and also dropping it off, very friendly and professional. They sent me a video with the results of a multipoint inspection, nice idea to do it this way. All was fixed and done very quick. My only complaint is that they lost paperwork that I gave them in the morning when I dropped off the car.
