"Great place to buy a BMW" Owings Mills BMW gave me the best price for a new BMW car order. The sales associate Keith was excellent. He made our pick up experience enjoyable even though the car was not prepared on time. He went out of his way to make sure everything was as it should be, including some accessories which were not in stock and did not charge me extra for wheel locks or all season rear mats (ordered all season mats only come in pairs).
