"Awesome!" I had an awesome experience at Northwest BMW. They truely do take care of their customers. Mrs. Karen is the absolute best. She remembered me from when we first met December 2017. She followed up with me ever so often without being aggressive. When I was ready to buy, I receive a great deal on my 2018 BMW X3. I’ve had it for a week now and it’s a joy to drive.

"Skillful sales personnel, efficient process" Russell Allen was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. A real pro! His knowledge of BMW and competing products is broad and deep -- smart of this dealer to take someone with parts expertise and put them in vehicle sales!
"Great experience" Everyone at the dealership is great. Karen my sales rep was easy to work with. George the General Manager came out and spoke to me and even went over some details with my car when I came back last week. Bob in loan department was very helpful and of course both Genius's Brandon and David are the best when it comes to the tech questions. The guy's that detailed by car were very nice as well!
