"Dave Townsend was fantastic to deal with." Although the dealership is a little out of the way for most Southern Californians, the drive out there is worth it for the deals. Dave Townsend was a straight-shooter, no BS, and friendly dealer with very good deals. Would definitely recommend to others!
"Friendly salesman " I was greeted by David and he was amazing through out the entire experience. Patient, honest and friendly. Unfortunately I had to take a star off because I felt the higher ups played games with numbers and their dry negotiations were just so predictable and at times insult to my intelligence.

"Honest Dealership" Murrieta BMW and the surrounding community are very luck to have a man like Dave Townsend working for them and with them. Dave is honest, patient (way patient with us!), and worked hard to get us a deal. Dave was one of the first salespersons we met with. After meeting with 5 other dealership we returned to Dave. He left a lasting impression on me with his honesty and straightforwardness. "The best experience I've ever had with a dealership!" What they say is true - not all dealerships are created equal and just because they all sell the same product does NOT mean you'll have the same experience wherever you go. "Easy Peezy " Who would of thought you could find a used cart at a BMW for 10K. Even better than that, who would of thought that they would treat you as if you were buying a full price BMW. From start to finish the process was enjoyable, low pressure, and easy.

"No Hassle! " Jolene and Carl are great. Jolene found exactly what I was looking for and Carl made the purchase experience worry free. The car wasn’t up to Hedrick standards so, Carl even scheduled me for a full buff and wax detail service to bring everything up to par. Everyone is very helpful and respond to email and text promptly. I’ll definitely be back!
