"Purchase of X5" I purchased a BMW X5 through Dave Townsend and he has been very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very honest and straight forward in the purchasing process. Unfortunately we have had some issues with the vehicle, but Dave has been very responsive to every inquiry we have had. Hopefully all issues will be resolved when we bring the vehicle in for service. Overall everyone we have worked with from the dealership has been patient and friendly to work with.

"Non-Certified Used Car Purchase " Straightforward process. Called to see if the car was available. Spoke with Carl Burt. No pressure call - that's different (and welcomed!). Discussed some financing options. Had to speak with family and said I'd call back. I did receive a call that night from someone (not Burt) and this was not a welcome call. "What a great experience" So this is my 6th BMW and I always feel dirty talking to car salesmen and Finance. Geniuses are not smart at all and I just feel like for a veteran and loyal BMW customer, sales men never respected or given me the treatment that I deserve. Until I met Dave Townsend. "Courteous and personable staff" Overall a great experience buying through Dave Townsend. Dave and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were receptive to our needs. Everyone was very personable. The buying process was straightforward and lucid. The pricing seems competitive for the market. "Excellent service and work" Been coming here for a few years now with my 2006. Great technicians; Great Service Advisors; Great prices. Little to no employee turnover which speaks for itself. Ryan is a great Service Manager. Morgan always smiles. Victoria is like a doctor-firm but brilliant. Alex is trustworthy. And when DCH could not diagnose my Jeep after four "tow-in's" I called Chad, he made a suggestion over the phone without seeing the Jeep, and it was completely accurate. This is a great shop!
