They raise the bar on service. I had a tire valve issue and Paramus Mercedes, 5 mins from our house, gave me appointment for Monday on Friday. I didn't want to drive on donut and called Manhattan mb. Got appointment for 2pm at 12:45. And my 17mo old played in the kids room while we waited... glad I brought from you guys.
