I had a great experience today and thought that management should know. I had a flat tire this morning heading into NYC on the west side highway. One of your employees, Lenin Dominguez, saw that I was having a problem, pulled over to see if I was okay and then proceeded to change the tire for me...in the pouring rain on a busy highway.
