BMW service is always so helpful. Haley does a great job getting you an appointment with a rental. She is very courteous and always goes the extra mile. I highly recommend napletons and the BMW service department. The manager (Steve Jr) is amazing as well.
Love, love, love Wyoming Valley BMW! I don’t have to take my X3 in for service much, but when I do I get the absolute best service; from their prompt attention, to the loaner vehicle for my convenience, to always a quick turn around time for my vehicle pick-up. Hailee Politz is truly the best service advisor. She makes the experience so easy and always goes above and beyond. Wouldn’t go anywhere else because of her and all the great people at Wyoming Valley BMW!
