My 2007 328xi’s transmission died Friday & by Tuesday, Rob Stitzer had me rolling out in a 2019 330i fully loaded. A few emails & phone calls since I was out of state that weekend to Rob had me there for a quick hour before I was riding off. Just have to say thank you again to my salesperson Rob Stitzer and his co worker, Hailee. After my purchase a month ago he promised to take care of a few cosmetic details on the car. He followed through and Hailee in the service department took care of the rest. Excellent service after the sale!
