"Excellent service and representation. " Once I contacted Joey Kestermann about my 2016 X5 displaying a low oil message he was able to get me in the next day to get it looked at. You can't ask for better service than that. My 2016 X5 is an awesome car, I just don't understand why it burnt off 2 qts of oil in 2,600 miles. "Passort BMW" I am really pleased with the great customer service I received at Passport BMW. The service manger there Keith Renner is such a Blessing. He's very helpful and concerned about the customer needs when you bring your vehicle in for service. "Just got my 1st BMW" I got my 1st BMW this past weekend and it was a 2017. The level of customer service and cooperation was A+. Negotiating a trade in and finding a used BMW comes with a lot of different challenges. However, they made it all worth the drive to this dealership. They got me into my dream suv! He was very knowledgeable and patient and had the car right outside ready for me to drive by the time I got there. They even were able to repair a worn area on the driver's seat.
