I have always been a Mercedes guy who always received great service from my dealership, but Passport BMW has exceeded that level. My salesman Milos, was honest, hardworking, and delivered everything as promised. I felt he was working for my best interests, which allowed me to get a excellent deal on a certified x3. Here’s a suggestion to speed service up; When an appointment is confirmed & a loaner is approved all paperwork should be completed before the customer comes in; insurance info, driver license etc., this would essentially save customer time, some frustration & make the auto loaner process even better!
