"Great teamwork from Catonsville BMW!" My X5 50i had an issue with the iDrive controller binding up, but a call with Harold and Jamie got it scheduled and repaired the very next day after I called. Everything was covered under warranty, even the loaner car I need for a couple of hours. Catonsville, Harold and Jamie provided the best costumer experience I could have asked for. "phenomenal" I walked in wanting to trade my X5 for another BMW. Kevin greeted me and from the start I knew he was the right person for me. He was funny and he knew what he was talking about. I traded my X5 for a X3 with the intention to buy the X5. It was much bigger than my current x5 and he suggested the X3 since it was similar since it grew over the years.. "A positive experience" Twenty years ago I purchased my first BMW from Passport and purchased my third from there too. The experience was just as calming (as it could be) as it was the first time.
