"Great experience buying/ordering a new BMW" I worked with Peter Akaeze and Ian Lawyer who is the sales manager and my experience couldn’t be better. These two were great from the start of the ordering process to the day of delivery of my car. Peter was very patient with me as we went through each of the options I considered and never felt pressured. I will be getting any future BMWs through them.
"Incredible Service - Best Buying Experience Yet" I worked Max Manes on leasing a 2020 M340i. He was excellent. He had a ton of knowledge of the product and cars as a whole. He was honest, up front and in the end, I think I got a great price. This is my 4th 3-series (purchased from 3 different dealers now), and this was by far the best buying experience I've had yet.
"Not my usual dealer but couldn't pass up this deal..." My wife and I were considering replacing her SUV and were actively cross shopping several different vehicles. "Orange light " On my way home from an early Saturday morning appointment, an orange light appeared on my BMW dashboard. I called BMW and asked for an emergency check-up. I was pleasantly surprised to call and told to bring my car into the shop that day by 11:00 a.m., the time I chose. When I arrived Mr. Jenkins met me and reached for my keys. "Routine service for 2014 BMW 4 Series Convertible" Passport has been my exclusive dealer since the early 1980's, through six or seven 3 Series and 4 Series Convertibles; Keith Renner in the Service Department is the best -- caring, responsive, and a nice guy; he's taken care of my BMW's brilliantly for decades; I hope he never leaves Passport; I intend not to.
"Highly Recommend" This is my second leased BMW through Passport BMW and it was another great experience. Rodney Pegram and Ian Lawyer make a great team. They ensured I received a very competitive deal while avoiding the typical car shopping annoyances.
"Service Repair" Jennifer Lopez gave great customer service and the Enterprise loaner site was excellent too!!! Would definitely visit them again. Dealership was clean and friendly too.

"Frank Parks is the "MAN"" This is the fourth car that Frank has sold us and it probably won't be the last. Hassle free sales each and every time. We tell him what we are interested in - he gets it - we test drive it - he gives us a fair price and we're done. We come back the next day, sign some papers, the car is ready and we go home. When we come in for service he always makes time to talk to us. As long as we buy BMW's , Frank will be our MAN.
