My extended warranty expiring on my 2001 525 and had a few oil leaks. Thomas took the reigns and guided the tech and coordinated with the warranty adjuster to repair. There were a few bumps along the way, but I was pleased with Thomas' professionalism and follow-up. He kept me informed from start to finish - just as he promised.

Excellent sales experience with Michael. Very poor services dept experience after bringing a brand new car in for manufacture defects. Non responsive service rep for days after bringinging car in for repair after purchased less than a week.

Michael was amazing! Not your typical salesmen! He was so kind, not pushy and helped us every step of the way to make sure we had the best expirerence and a payment we were comfortable with.
