I normally have my car serviced at the Visalia BMW but due to my busy schedule, I needed it done over the weekend. BMW of Bakersfield caters to working professionals by being open on Saturday. Jose is awesome! I forgot to reserve a loaner vehicle and he made it work and got me a car so I could run errands. He also managed to get my car hand washed as I did not want it washed in the machine. Great timely service. I will be back.
