Carolyn, our Service Advisor, was very helpful with the unexpected service the X1 needed. We were on the road from the airport in LA when we called. Carolyn responded to our message, took over and handled everything just like my OCD-self would. She communicated every step and went above and beyond to ensure that my car would be fixed immediately as I had to work 3-12 hr shifts in a row this week and needed my car!
