Buying a BMW isn't always about the deal, but the whole experience. Matt Wiggans exemplified this by being what a sales person should be: informative, patient, courteous and not pushy. He let me take my time deciding if my car was right for me. I would recommend Matt and BMW of Columbia to anyone thinking about buying one of these great machines!
We drove in from st. Louis since they had the car we wanted. They had the paperwork ready to go before we got there. What waiting we had was spent relaxing in the lounge and arcade with complimentary slushies, popcorn, snacks, soda, and starbucks. I forgot we were in a dealership. The staff was upfront and didn't try to push us into cars or programs we weren't there for. We will be more than happy to make the drive again for future cars.
Jonathan showed us a few great cars Russell Berry gave us the deal WE asked for , and Grant Stephens directed us threw the paperwork to make it as convenient and easy as he could. AS a TEAM I felt we made a GREAT deal so much that now we have our old BMW serviced threw them which is a 2hr drive for us.
Treated my husband and myself with respect and Brad and his manager gave us both exceptional customer service. I look forward to do business again highly recommended to anyone buying a vehicle.
We showed up to look at a specific vehicle and Brett didn't pressure us into looking at anything we didn't want to see. It was like shopping with a good friend. They will wash and vacuum my car for free anytime I want M-F 8-5. WOW. Where else will your dealership do that? Not only that, but my 3 young kids can't wait to visit the free arcade again while they wash my car for free. Other dealerships have an icky dirty kids' room, but not BMW of Columbia. It's spotless. We gave the owner, Gary Drewing, an idea of what we were looking for and told him we wanted to trade in our car. He gave us Brett Cloon as our sales rep. Curtis was absolutely awesome. The transaction of purchasing a vehicle was so smooth and pain free. Adam Miller explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. I felt Curtis went beyond what normal salesman do. We bought a 2013 Red Jeep Unlimited Wrangler for our daughter. While we were signing the papers Curtis brought it in the dealership area with balloons and a big pink bow on the hood. Our daughter was absolutely over joyed.
