My car buying experience, at BMW of Columbia, was top notch! Matt went above and beyond with finding the right car for me. He was super patient, as I tended to be a little indecisive. Once I experienced the 328i, I knew it was the car for me. Russ also helped out, and man was he ever so patient with my husband! Matt and Russ are class acts! These gentlemen are the antithesis of wolf-pack circling, high-pressure sales methods, which drives me away from any major purchase. They were respectful and patient. We have dealt with Brad many times before, we even followed him to a new dealership. If you are looking to buy a car, go see him! We told him our price and he stuck to it, never trying to hard close or show us things that were outside of our specified range. Honest and trustworthy all the way! You need a reference? I’ll give it for Brad every time!
Sales person was courteous and went the extra mile to be helpful. I had purchased a bed liner to be put in my old vehicle, prior to starting the purchase process, and the car salesman took over having it installed so that I didn't have to mess with it.
Very happy with Matt’s help on everything, Living 3 hours away he was very helpful and had a fast response to all questions and was honest couldn’t be any happier with the purchase.
