We just had the best car salesman experience and overall dealership experience. The client advisor was so much more professional in every way than car salesmen I have experienced throughout my life. Honest , thorough, knowledgeable, great follow-thru. The other support staff that we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable, honest, and gracious to us.

They didn’t have the car we wanted but didn’t hestaite to find the exact car we were looking for. Great people, excellent customer service. Probably one of the best car buying experiences we have had. A+

I contacted this Columbia, Missouri, BMW dealership from my home in Kansas City. I worked with Josh R and his manager Steve. They were no nonsense and great to work with. We closed our deal by text and telephone and the car was delivered to my door. I enjoyed working with them and would do so again.

First let me say, I live in Kentucky. When trying to locate a specific car with specific packages, you have to jump when you find “the one”. Even if it is three states away. From start to finish, Columbia of BMW and our sales person Josh, were great. Even at the very end when we had an unexpected mishap with our trade in while driving to pick up our new car. I checked the used inventory on their website and found the truck. I contacted my friend Tony Veros and told him I liked the truck and to have it ready for me to check out. Went to the dealership that evening and got introduced to the salesman Josh and we went over the truck and went on a test drive I was very impressed with Josh he didn’t push me into anything.
