Easy going, not stuck up as with so other dealers. Easy going never felt more comfortable in a dealership. No pressure. Well taken care of and confortable.

After being in a not-at-fault accident the last thing I wanted to hear was that my car was a total loss. I was more upset about having to start car shopping than I was about the loss of my car. Lucky for me BMW of Columbia had one of my dream cars sitting on their lot. The test drive experience was painless. I was looking for a nice vehicle foremost, but I was also very interested in finding a dealership I could trust and be comfortable in. After 45 days looking for a replacement for our 2009 Lincoln MKS, we settled on a 2013 BMW 528 xi which we found as we were browsing their car lot. Salesman Brett Cloon was extremely helpful in our search for exactly what we wanted. They also helped us get the lowest loan rate possible as well.
