Good car buying experience. I went to BMW Encinitas to return a leased 3 series and look at options for a replacement vehicle. I ended up buying a 5 series. The salesperson Jordan and after the sale "Genius" were great. I also felt like I got a fair price on the car.
Dealer fixed their mistakes My experience with the dealer was good then bad and then when confronted with the mistakes that they made, they fully responded and corrected them so that i would drive away in the car that I wanted. They truly responded with respect and goodwill and I will be a true customer to them going forward and would recommend them always.

What service is all about. Service message alert came on, pulled over and contacted BMW of Encinitas and was able to get in at 5pm on a Friday. Thomas Nerhus took care of the matter professionally and quickly. He had my loaner all ready for me. This is the type of service any BMW owner should receive.
