bought a new x5 I mistakenly marked just one star on my last review when I meant to make my review as all 5 star...I didn't press enough stars, my mistake. The service and operation of Encinitas BMW is excellent and my sales rep, Andres, Aldrete, is the best I have encountered in all the many new cars I have purchased, at least 13 BMWs alone.
Great dealership. Great salesman. Great dealership. We bought an X5 from Ronaldo, the best person we have ever bought a car from. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. In fact, the whole staff we had the pleasure to meet was first rate.
Excellent service and sales! My wife and I have purchased a number of cars from BMW Encinitas over the passed few years. (X1, X3 and an X5). The sales staff are welcoming, friendly and easy to deal with. The servicing staff are equally as helpful and accommodating. We have recommended BMW Encinitas to both family members and friends, who have also purchased from the same dealer.

Smooth Online Purchase Been looking for a specific car, down to the exterior and interior color. Got notification of one available in CA. I'm in CO. Called right a way. Had that car in my drive way shortly thereafter. All the staff were so helpful. Would work them again.

Great service and very helpful. Sales person and manager were very professional and helpful. I told them what I neededd and they helped me without waistiing time. The entire process was very p[leasant, which is unusual when buyonh a car. Even the finance department was quick and helpful.
