Excellent, honest service! I went to BMW Encinitas with the intention of leasing a convertible as I had just recently relocated to California from the east coast. BUYING EXPERIENCE OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. SALES REP WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL AND PROVIDED ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS. ONLY ONE COMPANT WOULD BE THE PARKING LOT WAS TOO SMALL AND NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO PARK AND FACILITIES SEEM WAY OUT OF DATE.
