Excellent customer service I found a 2012 BMW X5 online. The price was right, and I wanted that car. I called Ray Ramsey who I had e-mailed about the car. He came in to the dealership outside his working hours and gave me a test drive of the car. It was getting late, so I asked if I could do something for the dealership to hold the car. The staff stayed late and went through all of the paperwork to get me that car. I drove home ion it that night. I've not seen such excellent customer service when buying a car.
my 2nd purchase from AutoNation This makes my 5th BMW and no sale went easier than this one did. My assistant Juan, could not have been nicer and more knowledgeable about his product. Usually I know more than the sale staff after my own exhaustive research, but Juan had me covered. Excellent, fast and helpfull! Got new fully loaded 335i, i had to trade 135i ( upside down ) Gary and the lady GM were very easy to work with and most helpful , Will go there next time for sure and also highly recommend .
best car buying experience ever I had very little time to spend away from work/home at the dealership. I worked with Peter G and was able to take care of everything online though email. He gave me the monthly payment and all I had to do was show up and sign the paperwork and drive away.
Great experience all around! BMW of Encinitas did a great job helping us pick out our new family car. We went from a BMW sedan to the more family friendly X3 and we couldn't be happier with our choice or the buying process. Billy Freyberger was our very patient and very accommodating sales consultant, and Ash Kashani was our leasing consultant. They were both great!

Greatest Lease Service by Ash Kashani I have been with BMW of Encinitas for over 6 years now. FIrst, I started to service my BMW 330I 2008 there after a horrible experience at BMW of SAn Diego. I'm very pleased with the customer service and the great selection BMW Encinitas has to offer. A new sales advisor was helping me through the process, Jae. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with finding the perfect BMW. Hands down the best BMW dealership in San Diego. The best selection and staff. Wouldn't take my business elsewhere.
