Purchased my Jeep online. Process was efficient and professional. Customer service was nothing less than outstanding. Vehicle arrived expeditiously and as represented. Very satisfied.
Friendly staff especially Parker! the guy who I singed paperwork with was dressed like he was going to base ball game. Not very professional. No one offered any financing options for the purchase. Audi gives you a nice key ring when you get the keys. No one introduced me to the service department.
