RecommendedI was kept informed the entire time and was given a great courtesy car. The repair time was very reasonable. Once they did the assessment, they video the mechanic talking me through what he found. Pretty slick!

RecommendedI had been searching for a specific BMW model for a few weeks and when one popped up at BMW of San Antonio Jorge Godinez sent us tons of videos and pictures since we were not in San Antonio. When we arrived, everything was as expected in the pictures and videos. Jorge took great pride in knowing all of the details of the car and it was nice to work with someone that knew everything! If you are looking for a great buying experience from start to finish, I recommend asking for Jorge by name. You won’t be disappointed!
