RecommendedUnfortunately had an undesirable experience with the sales department but the service department are some amazing people. Its too bad Mr. Barton doesn't value the guest the same way as the service department.

RecommendedHad 2 Recalls handled by BMW of San Antonio and as always service was impeccable. Not only they took care of the recalls very professionally but they also ran an inspection and implemented video communication in regards to found items that needed further repairs. Ryan Watson was my account manager and he kept communication open throughout the whole process. I also love the new location on I-10 as it is very easily accessible.
