RecommendedThey gave me a loaner when I had not reserved one. Very nice! The experience was nice except for the check in time and check out time. It took me 45 minutes to get my car back after they told me it was ready.

RecommendedIt was my first time visiting any BMW dealership. I do all the maintenance on my M5 myself but I wanted the alignment done and a full inspection before I take it on a long trip. The service was amazing. Amald was very friendly and helpful. He relayed any questions I had for the mechanics and gave me a tour of the dealership. I've never been treated so well at any car dealership.
