I have been a client of BMW Peabody for over 10 years, and specifically a client of Jamie McCoy (and Matt Hefron & Co in Service). We can't say enough good about BMW of Peabody and our salesperson Jamie McCoy. Jamie helps us long after the initial sale is made. He picks up and drops off our car for service. He and his service team (led by Anthony) also worked to save us literally thousands of dollars on a repair. If you're going to invest in a BMW get yourself the best customer service along with it!!

Super easy experience put together by Jamie McCoy, The energizer bunny! Jamie is expert in the product and the process. He put the deal together for the car that I wanted at the right price. He had the car prepped and ready when I arrived for pickup and had me in and out in no time. There were a couple of minor issues with the trade in. Windshield needed replacement.
