I purchased a vehicle though Jamie McCoy and its was nothing but a great experience he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and there were no issues. He was always updating me what was going on with the car. When the time came to sign the paper work it was a smooth experience all I had to do was sign he made sure everything was done. I purchased my first BMW 3 series coupe at a young age from Jamie McCoy back in 2007. Times change and needed a 4 dr. vehicle , What better than a M3 4 dr. I contacted Jamie McCoy and he made sure it happened for me. 10 years later he is still the man !! I first worked with Jamie McCoy 12 years ago when I bought my first BMW. Both the buying experience and the service he provides are second to none. He seeks to understands what you want and then delivers. When it was time for a new BMW I went right to Jamie even though we don't live as close to Peabody as we used to. He was a major factor in deciding to buy another BMW rather than another brand. He did not disappoint. Neither did the car.
My husband and I had only intentions of looking but we ended up buying a car that same day. We worked with Jared Casper who was so personable and knowledgeable, We got a great deal on an x3 and had a great experience. My new 330 xdrive was our tenth car from BMW of Peabody. Everyone from our sales rep to the finance is honest and above board. None of that running back and forth to the sales manager routine. Their service dept makes sure you are satisfied.
