I bought my 2019 X3 out of my lease since it was under miles and in perfect condition. I anticipated a big ordeal as I had never done this before. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and seamlessly the entire process went. Mike was efficient, explained the whole process easily, set up appointments that were needed and delivered my car with true professionalism. It certainly made me put Mike and the dealership #1 on my list.

Very pleasant experience buying my new X5. My salesman was very knowledgeable, and wasted no time addressing my needs. BMW of Freehold is not my local BMW dealer, but I will definitely return here for sales and service. Much better experience at Freehold than my local dealer.

Mark was good with his pitch about the preowned 2018 BMW X2 xDrive28i he sold us. From information about it, through test drive and finalizing documents were all good. The Freehold BMW was also a very well organized outfit nice showroom that have their latest models on display. There was a general welcoming atmosphere from all staff. My wife and I loved it when we were there. ;)
