I had a very good experience with Mike Youssef. He was knowledgeable, honest and professional without being pushy, as I was making up my mind. He worked through the challenges we had in a swift and orderly manner, and made the whole experience positive. Maria in the finance Dept. was wonderful, and the vehicle handover presentation was a very nice final touch. I'll be back!!
