"John the manager is amazing, and so is Frank in sales...." John the manager is amazing, and so is Frank in sales. They are so professional, kind, and truly have your best interest at heart. I live closer to another dealership but had nothing but an awful experience. Being in a customer-service related industry, I cherish those that show exemplary service. As a BMW customer for 9 years, I wouldn't go anywhere other than Freehold for a BMW. Thank you for making me feel like family.
