"Best vehicle service experience ever." My Service Rep was Ken Darmanin - this was the smoothest service visit I've ever experienced ANYWHERE! Ken was waiting when I arrived - paperwork was all ready - including paperwork for the loaner! Ken started the vehicle inspection as soon as I stopped my car! Ken also made sure I was properly updated on the vehicle status. The Service Manager (Elton) was involved in delivering the loaner car - very hands on Manager. "Great Experience" Usually buying a car is stressful because of pressured sales experience. That is not the case with this dealership. I have been driving a BMW for about 20 years and I have always had great experiences at Competition BMW of Smithtown.
