Great service and interaction as always at Competition BMW. Greg Box was excellent to work with and the overall experience was smooth. They provided top notch service.
Greg Box is my service rep and both Greg and the BMW service dept have handled all three of our BMWs with excellence and gone above and beyond my expectations. Recently my daughters car had a problem and was towed to a different dealer. Greg called the dealer to understand the issues. He then let me know. Whow, that is service beyond my expectations. He also saved us quite a bit of money.
