I purchased a CPO BMW through the dealership. From the beginning to the end of the process the dealership made the purchase a positive experience. The staff was pleasant and courteous and went out the way to answer any questions that I had.

I had my 2015 435i Gran Coupe serviced at Competition BMW of Smithtown and can honestly say that not only was it an excellent experience, but exceeded all of my expectations. Excellent service advisor. Professional and always pays attention to any customer concerns. Working with him is always a flawless and painless experience. If there was one word to describe my experience it would be perfect quality. One suggestion, never have your car washed, this goes for most dealerships though. The automated washes are fast but they will take a toll on your paint.

She was very cordial and sincere. There was no pressure to buy anything extra. John and Ryan were very cooperative and friendly. I had an excellent experience. The surroundings were also state of the art, fresh and clean. Very pleasurable.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at an X5 40e. We did the test drive but then we were sure if we wanted a SUV again. Our sales person Justin said no problem but then we asked to test a 440 convertible (yes quite a bit different). They did not have one but did have a 430. We drove it and liked it but thought it was too small so they pulled a 640 off of the show room floor. We test drive that and even ran the numbers but then the reality of 2 sports cars set in. Just had my vehicle serviced (oil change, tire rotation, state inspection and full detail) at Competition BMW and as usual, they didn't disappoint. In fact, they never have and that's why I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 20 years. My Service Advisor, Greg Box (and sometimes Rudy Alanis, depending which vehicle is being serviced), always greets me with a smile and their pleasant, friendly demeanor is appreciated in the mornings when I drop off my vehicle.
