Im so pleased with my experience purchasing a mini cooper with Tony. He did everything to help me select the perfect used vehicle to fit my needs. The sales process was smooth, and he made it even easier by explaining every step along the process. Once the sales process was over, he sat with me in the car and made sure i understood how to use everything, and he even set up my phone. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Tony did a great job on understanding my needs and following up with me. During the delivery of the vehicle i didn't notice that the idrive screen was scratched, Tony Genao did everything possible to ensure this was taken care off, clearly he understand how difficult is to ensure all points of inspection are fully reviewed by the customer (specially on a pre-owned certified BMW), so having the flexibility and confidence that your sales advisor will be able to make things right even when things are missed, is great to know. My husband and I felt very comfortable and not rushed when it came to dealing with Tony. He was very caring and did everything he could for us.Not pushy like most car salesman. Great experience would highly recommend.

My wife and I had an excellent experience over 3 separate visits with Ashley Alderfer at Daniels BMW. We wanted an SUV and narrowed our search down to BMW and it's nearest competitor. I have leased many cars from Daniels over the years. I always have had an excellent experience. These people have a great product but they always go above and beyond the call of duty. Our sales person was Jane Billig and of course she worked with Joe Grazer the mgr. They provided exactly the car my wife was looking for and the transaction could not have been smoother. I should also point out that my long time service rep is Pete Woelfle and he is a huge part of my being a multiple time repeat customer.
