Excellent experience from beginning to end. This dealership is really top notch from the facility to the inventory but most importantly the people. I doubt you can find better customer service anywhere. I'm now a two time customer and in the event I need another vehicle will certainly return to Daniels. Tony Genao handled my sale both times and he really is an asset to the dealership. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous, extremely helpful, and always had the time to fit into my schedule. Excellent experience from start to finish. The car was ordered and arrived within 20 days. Additional services (film etc.) was done within a day that the car arrived and completed at delivery.
went up to see a pre owned coupe and was very comfortable with the whole experience. I went the new route at the start at a couple dealers in my area but just could not stand the whole process but not here Tony Genao our advisor and Gary Albanese the manager put no pressure on myself and my wife they were both extremely professional but funny and friendly and down to earth. We bought the car and my wife can not wait to pick it up.
But a truck there yesterday very happy with Tony although the finance was very slow however to make up for this they offered to buy me lunch which I thought was very courteous

What a wonderful experience I had walking into Daniels BMW. Was greeted with a very warm welcome. Jane in sales was very knowledgeable on everything I asked and gave me more info than I expected. Daniels is a great dealership to deal with.

I highly recommend Daniels and Eric Kunkle. Eric helped ensure that the CPO BMW I chose was the right car for me. We had numerous test drives of different modela and lots of discussion. He understood I was going through the VW TDI buyback and knew that my time lines were unknown as to when I could purchase. I never felt any pressure to close a deal. Finally all the pieces fell into place and I ended up with an amazing car at a fair price. My faith in German cars has been restored!
