The Dealership has a great Atmosphere l. The Saleswoman was great, not overly aggressive like some. When I'm ready. I will definitely be back to this dealership.

We had a very enjoyable buying experience working with Jane Billig and the Daniels BMW staff. Jane was very informative, helpful, and never pushy. She did a great job explaining the features of our new X3. We are very pleased with our purchase and with the treatment we received.

I NEVER in my whole life would have thought I could afford a BMW. Carrie was the best, and definitely made a dream a reality! My wife and I have been buying our cars through Dave Hackett and Daniels BMW (and Mini across the lot for my wife's S) for about 12 years now. I recently leased a 2015 BMW X1 from Jane Billig at Daniel's. She has the patience of a saint. Being a self-proclaimed "car guy", I had an idea of what I wanted, but wound up looking closely at no less than 5 or 6 different BMWs on the lot... including many calls, and test drives, and text messages, and deliberations. Driving 200 miles to pick up a used car is a little nerve wracking -- how do I know it is in good condition, am I wasting my time, am I locked in, etc. Carrie Fortune exhibited excellent customer service, told me the truth about the car beforehand and made the overall experience very pleasurable. The car was exactly as she described, I was able to purchase quickly, and I was back on the road to home in virtually no time. I would definitely purchase from her again.
Buying a car is one of my least favorite experiences--the pressure, the wait, the anxiety. Carrie made it a pleasure. She is highly knowledgeable, warm, and patient. She helped me "design" the perfect car, kept me up to date on its transport, and sat with me for a couple of hours to teach me the ropes. She's terrific.
