Our sales associate did what many sales persons do not do she listened. After hearing our concerns about the size and comfort of the X-1 ,we initially considered purchasing, she suggested we look at a 335xiGT. It was exactly what we wanted. All I have to say is AWESOME!! My boyfriend and I were treated with great customer service. We had a great experience with Daniels BMW. This dealer is such a judge free zone which was a breath of fresh air. Usually at other dealers definitely judge us by our looks because my boyfriend and I are in our young 20's, but not here. Susan was such an awesome sales person and cant wait til its my turn to purchase my first BMW from here. Just purchased a 550IX from Daniels BMW. I worked with Greg Clarke who showed me three different vehicles I was interested in. He spent quite a bit of time with me before I decided on the 550. I am delighted with his help and as this is the fifth BMW I have purchased from Daniels I assure you I would not keep buying from them if the sales and service wasn't great.
We had a good sales experience with Jane Billig. Looked at several CPO X6 2012 models and found one at Daniels that we liked. The CPO price at Daniels was a little higher then other dealerships even when accounting for mileage etc... We had a little bumper dent which we got fixed through insurance however, they still downgraded the trade-in value by $2000 b/c of the minor claim. Apart from the higher then average price and low trade-in value, the overall sales experience was easy.
This is our third purchase. This time a CPO. Called Jane Billig and within days she found the perfect car for my son and completed the process within hours. Jane is always helpful and will go out of her way to help making the purchase of a vehicle a pleasant experience. I would recommend Daniels and Jane to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.
This was my second time working with Daniels-BMW and it always has great service. This time i was helped by Jane who was amazing in the whole process. She helped me pick out the perfect 328i for my wife and then also aided me in selecting my 535i. Both of which were fantastic and she had great follow up calls to make sure that everything worked out well. If you are going to Daniels-BMW i would recommend Jane Billig, super friendly and has great customer service.

Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, her friendly smile, great personality, and willingness to assist with any difficulties that may arise, supersedes any customer service. She puts you (the customer) at ease and makes you feel comfortable with such a purchase.
