"First BMW and David S was a pleasure to work with!" David S. provided me with exceptional sales support and customer service. Dealership needs to work on competitive pricing and leadership qualities. I was never approached by management/ownership to be welcomed nor thanked for my business. I'm hopeful my overall service experience throughout my lease will be as pleasurable as my sales experience. This dealership could have easily earned my 5 stars, but I have rate them as average because they were not competitive on pricing... read more

"Professional, courteous, and welcoming." Top shelf treatment and work. The folks, the service workmanship, the courtesy, the welcoming feeling, the relationships built, are all worth the price of service. If you want it done right, you take your vehicle to Daniels. I love that the place is neat as a pin, the coffee is always hot, and the cookies are delicious - not good for my weight, but delicious.

"Great deal for exactly what I wanted." I first contacted David with a difficult request. To find me something used, cheap and reliable. He came through with flying colors. David found me a used car still covered under manufacturer's warranty and managed to get me such a great price on it, I purchased the extended warranty as well. David was courteous, responded to all my questions and made me feel like all my concerns were his top priority.
