"Amazing experience" I worked with an awesome relatively new salesman at Daniel's BMW dealership on securing a new lease, Ross Banks. He was excellent- very down to earth, relatable, and friendly. I didn't feel like we were being pressured at all. He also helped me with a random low tire pressure on my old lease after hours when the service section of the dealership closed (took the car and filled it with gas! so nice). "Relaxed and pleasent car buying experience" From our initial contact with the dealership about a specific vehicle, right through the entire time that we there, everyone was friendly and helpful. Our sales person Dave Simoes and Brian in F&I in particular made the transaction easy and enjoyable.
"Exceptional Experience" I have been buying cars and trucks. Over all those years and all those purchases, I had one exceptional experience buying a 3/4 ton Chevy pickup truck. This was the first exceptional experience buying an automobile!!! Jane was amazing! She delivered on .everything she promised. Brian was also very professional and saw that everything Jane had said to me was accomplished! This was not are first and will not be our last purchase if we get the same exceptional experience!
