"Great People" Over the years I have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles from quite a few different dealerships. Most dealerships truly try to make the buying experience a pleasure. "Great" Our first encounter with Jane was when we bought our 2018 BMW530XI. She was great to deal with and what impressed me most was when she said, what can I do to get you to buy this car. She created and offer neither my wife or I could refuse. unfortunately, our 2018 was totaled in a car accident. Jane heard about it and called our home to see if I was okay. "Daniels delivers the Ultimate Driving Machine and Experience" This is now our 5th BMW with Jane at Daniels. She is excellent and so is management. "Great customer service" Dmitry was very helpful. Great customer service. He listened to my story, he was quick with getting back to me with the answers to my questions and he ran the numbers assuring me I would get the deal I was looking for. He made the effort to assure me my hour drive to his location will be worth the trip. I’m grateful he took the time to do as much as he could over the phone, which most salesman wouldn’t do. Although there are other BMW locations closer to me, I plan to go there for my next car.
