"Smooth Transition and Great Service! (New Lease)" I recently swapped out my leased BMW 328xi for a new BMW 340xi. The transition to the new car was very smooth and seamless. Jane was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the new vehicle, she took me on a test drive, paired my phone/contacts, reviewed the touchscreen system, switched over my insurance with me, and made the paperwork process pain free.
