RecommendedTracy (my Service Advisor Mgr) worked patiently with my Service contract people.... and got me into a loaner after I exhausted my car rental time.... saving me money and frustration.
Absolutely worst involvement with a dealership I have ever had. Worst customer service from the collision center, specifically Tim Malloy. They had my car for almost 3 months for a fairly minor repair according to them. I was told my car was ready several times at which point it was not fixed correctly. They forced me to accept my car as is even though my car was obviously not correct. I have saved all videos, pictures, and correspondences for proof of how horrible this was.
