I am not one to ever do anything like this but i can not in good faith allow anyone else to experience this kind of mess. I had bought a car from Bill Dodge used vehicles in the past and had a terrible experience with the vehicle and the dealership. Against my better judgment, my fiance and I recently bought a BMW from them, assuming that the experience there must be better. When purchasing I asked if all maintenance had been updated (oil change, filters, etc) and was told yes, that this was part of the certification process. Review for the service department. My husband brought our BMW, which we bought there, in for our first oil change since we got it today. He said it was a horrible experience and would never bring it there again. First off, unless you are an old let man, they don't acknowledge you or provide the normal BMW courtesies usually provided with a service such as a vacuum of the interior. When you have hours being open for the parts and service. You should be open. Granted I got here 5 mins before close but it’s plain bad customer service.
Horrible service department. I would suggest getting g diagnostics or repairs by a grocery store clerk before going to one of the mechanics there.
