RecommendedI brought my car in for an idle problem. The service manager knew exactly what I was talking about, knew the fix, and took really great care of me. He provided me with a rental for the day, and sent me texts to update me on the progress. He then called when it was done and told me to check back if there were any further issues. RecommendedGenerally speaking you do perform well except when with 26,000 miles my brake rotors were rotted out and BMW wouldn’t back up . Never had brake rotors rust out with holes. Found out made in China,need I say more

But while visiting Maine on vacation, I visited Westbrook and had my first sales experience with Zack Plourd. As it turns out, he set the gold standard. As wonderful as these cars are they don’t sell themselves. His detailed knowledge including thorough explanation of the stop sale completely reassured me that I was at the right place.
